Noa Noa von Bassewitz is a Wellington artist who contains Māori (Te Arawa), German, Scottish cultural roots. She has planted many sons on this earth. In 2025 she completed her MFA at Massey University with Distinction. Her multi decade printmaking practice has evolved into sculptural, and moving image practice as part of her research into larger, emotive visual languages.  The core of her practice remains an auto-archaeological act of recycling, ideas, materials and motifs. Making is her way to connect with more than the observed world, a way of stroking Mauri into being. Noa Noa is currently working towards an MA in creative writing at the IIML Victoria University.

ada duffy is a writer and performer of Kāi Tahu, Irish and Indo-Fijian descent. their work is sustained by conversations with and within Te Waipounamu. they are working on their first poetry collection about Kāi Tahutaka and takatāpuitaka. 

Michelle Elvy is a writer, editor and creative writing teacher in Ōtepoti Dunedin. She edits at Flash Frontier and At the Bay | I te Kokoru. Her books include the everrumble, the other side of better and the forthcoming poetry collection Motion sickness. Her recent anthology work includes Te Moana o Reo | Ocean of Languages (edited with Vaughan Rapatahana), Poto: Iti te kupu, nui te kōrero| Short: The big book of small stories (edited with Kiri Piahana-Wong) and the forthcoming volume MAYDAY (edited with David Eggleton and Siobhan Harvey).
