In the East Side, Gary Bridle, Sandy Gibbs, Geoff Newman and Kim Paton present Clubmeet  .

Acknowledging the shared passions and partings evident in their developing practices, Clubmeet seeks to act as a meeting point of ideas - in much the same manner that clubs offer a sense of cohesion and social interaction, these attractions also act as a magnet drawing people to them. Clubmeet constructs an engaging social environment. The works themselves are idiosyncratic, dysfunctional and yet cohesive - a strong bond is evident, which itself can be considered strange and unexpected.
