**PLINTH SALE + LUCKY DIP**

Blue Oyster Art Project Space

Group of five people sitting on different height plinths

It has come to our attention that 20 plinths is too many plinths for such a modest operation, and we wish to bestow upon the citizens of Dunedin a sprinkling of culture and style within their living quarters.

f you are wondering what in fact a plinth might be, a definition:

1. "a slablike member beneath the base of a column or pier."
2. "A square base or a lower block, as of a pedestal."

Possible uses for plinths we suggest:

Mailbox holder, mail holder, toilet roll holder, bed side table, pot plant holder, cereal bar, stool, seat, laptop seat, pestle to your oversized mortar, lecture attendant prop (with face stuck on), bed (lay flat), secret storage space (hollow inside). Or you could just display a nice piece of art on it.

All plinths are $20 cash for one day only this Saturday 11am - 3pm. All proceeds to towards the 2014 programme of events. No refunds! No returns!

***LUCKY DIP***
